NFT Games Passes, Game Access and Earnings

Candy Codex's gaming ecosystem offers players unique ways to participate and earn within various games, particularly through NFT-based access passes. These passes, ranging from Silver, Gold, Diamond, to Platinum, are not designed to guarantee any direct earnings or prizes but instead provide access to exclusive gaming experiences. Below are the details regarding the various earnings and rules associated with the NFT passes:

  1. NFT Pass Types and Access

NFT Pass Overview: Each player must hold a specific NFT Pass to access games hosted within Candy Codex's games. The NFT pass acts as a gateway to the game, offering different levels of access based on its tier.

Pass Tiers: The NFT passes are divided into four distinct tiers:

Silver NFT Pass: Grants only access to Memes Rivals game and events inside Memes Rivals.

Gold NFT Pass: Grants access only to Memes Rivals, Memes Royale and events inside Memes Rivals, Memes Royale.

Diamond NFT Pass: Grants access only to Memes Rivals, Memes Royale, Memes Madness and events inside Memes Rivals, Memes Royale, Memes Madness.

Platinum NFT Pass: Grants access to Memes Rivals, Memes Royale, Memes Madness, Fomo Rivals games and events inside Memes Rivals, Memes Royale, Memes Madness, Fomo Rivals games . Also offers exclusive cosmetic rewards and event invitations.

Pass Ownership: Players can trade or sell their NFT passes on Candy Trade. While the passes themselves grant access to games, they do not guarantee any rewards or prizes associated with gameplay.

1.1 Access to Games

The primary function of the NFT passes is to grant access to the games themselves. Players must hold an appropriate pass to join different game modes, which could range from single-player challenges to multiplayer tournaments.

Game Participation: The NFT pass is required to participate in specific games, events, and challenges. Each game have its own entry requirements based on the type and rarity of the pass.

No Direct Prize Guarantee: It’s important to note that the NFT pass does not promise any prize winnings. It solely serves as a key to access the game. The success of the player in earning rewards, such as prizes or in-game assets, is determined entirely by the player's skill in the game, not by the type or value of the pass.

1.2 Fees A 0.06 ETH fee is deducted only once, for entering the game, only during world cup.

1.3 Prizes and Rewards

Skill-Based Prizes: All prizes, whether for Team vs. Team or Player vs. Player competitions, are awarded based solely on player performance and skill. Players do not earn prizes simply by holding a higher-tier NFT pass. Winning games and events requires skill—players must defeat opponents through strategy, reflexes, and knowledge of the game.

Team vs. Team: In team-based competitions, teams of players will battle each other for the chance to win in-game prizes or assets. The winning team will be decided based on their performance, coordination, and overall gameplay ability.

Player vs. Player: In one-on-one competitions, individual players will compete for rewards. Only the most skilled and strategic player will earn the prize at the end of each challenge or tournament.

No Pay-to-Win Mechanism: Prizes are not influenced by the monetary value or rarity of the NFT pass, ensuring a fair, skill-based environment. Holding a higher-tier pass such as Gold, Diamond, or Platinum does not increase your chances of winning; success is determined by gameplay alone.

1.4 Tradable Assets

In addition to the NFT passes, players can earn and trade other in-game assets:

Skins: Cosmetic items that alter the appearance of a player’s character or their equipment. Skins can be earned by completing in-game challenges, events, or purchased via Candy Trade. They hold value within the game's ecosystem and can be sold or traded with other players on Candy Trade.

Gear: Functional items that may enhance gameplay, such as weapons, armor, or other items that give players a tactical advantage. Like skins, gear is tradable and can be sold or exchanged in Candy Trade.

Asset Ownership: All earned assets, including skins, gear, and collectibles, are tokenized as NFTs and can be traded on Candy Trade. Players are free to sell or trade these assets as they wish.

1.5 Hosting of Prize Events

Hosted Prize Events: Candy Codex will host occasional prize events, where players can compete for real prizes such as in-game items, tokens, or even real-world rewards. These events are distinct from regular gameplay and typically require registration.

Event Criteria: Access to prize events is typically granted to players with an NFT pass, though additional qualifications or requirements may apply depending on the event (e.g., level of pass, in-game achievements, or team rankings).

Event Prizes: Prizes awarded during these events will be based on performance, not the rarity or tier of the player’s NFT pass. Only players who win based on skill will earn rewards.

1.6 Important Disclaimers

Pass Does Not Guarantee Prizes: Having an NFT pass does not guarantee you will earn rewards, win prizes, or receive in-game assets. The primary function of the pass is to grant access to the game, and any rewards depend entirely on gameplay performance.

No Financial Advantage: The NFT pass is not a tool for financial gain. It is simply an access ticket to the game. Success and rewards within the game are based on player ability, not the monetary investment in the pass itself.

Market Volatility: The market for NFT passes and in-game assets is subject to fluctuations, and players should be aware that prices for these assets may vary based on demand and rarity.
